Data Deletion Instructions
If you have commented on our Instagram posts or sent us a message, you can ask Core2CloudX to delete the data we hold about you at any time. It is free, and you don’t need to give a reason.
How to request deletion
-
Contact us in either of these ways:
• Email connect@core2cloud.in with the subject Data Deletion
• Instagram DM to @core2cloudtech starting with the words Data Deletion
-
Tell us your Instagram username (for example @yourname). If you shared a phone number or email with us, include it so we can find every record. If you write by email, we may ask you to confirm by DM from the same Instagram account, so we know the request really comes from you.
-
We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation by the same channel you used (email or DM).
What we delete
- Your Instagram username, profile name and app-specific account ID in our records.
- Copies of your comments and messages stored in our systems.
- Any contact details you shared with us (name, phone, email, city, course interest) and our follow-up notes.
We keep only a minimal record that a deletion request was received and completed (your username and the dates), so we can show we honoured it and avoid contacting you again.
Content that stays on Instagram. Deleting our records does not remove things that live on Instagram itself. You can delete your own comments on our posts at any time, or ask us in your request to remove them from our posts. Messages in your Instagram inbox are stored by Instagram; you can delete or unsend them in the Instagram app. See the Instagram Privacy Policy for how Meta handles that data.
Remove the app from your account
Core2CloudTech Publisher works only with our own Instagram account, so in most cases it will not appear in your settings at all. If you ever connected or logged in to it, you can remove its access like this:
Instagram app (phone)
- Go to your profile and tap the menu ☰ at the top right.
- Tap Website permissions (under Your app and media), then Apps and websites.
- Open the Active tab, find Core2CloudTech Publisher and tap Remove.
Instagram on the web
- Click More (bottom left), then Settings.
- Click Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active.
- Click Remove next to Core2CloudTech Publisher.
Instagram may move these menus from time to time; its help page Manage apps and websites connected to Instagram has the current steps. Removing the app stops further access, but it does not delete data we already hold, so please also send us a deletion request as described above.
